8Data Retention

- Account & KYC Records: Five (5) years from Account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLA.
- Financial Transaction Records: Five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by AMLA and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations.
- Gaming Activity Logs: Three (3) years from the date of each session, as required by PAGCOR audit requirements.
- Customer Support Records: Three (3) years from resolution of the relevant support interaction.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained while your Account is active and for three (3) years after Account closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
8.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, x777a will securely delete or anonymise personal data, unless a legal obligation or legitimate interest requires continued retention.

10Children & Minors
10.1 The x777a Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum gaming age requirements. x777a does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under 21 years of age.
10.2 If x777a discovers or has reason to believe that personal data of a person under 21 years of age has been collected, x777a will immediately suspend the relevant Account, return any deposited funds, and permanently delete the personal data, except where retention is required for AMLA or PAGCOR compliance purposes.
10.3 If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 has registered an x777a Account, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 13.
11Cross-Border Data Transfers
11.1 x777a's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to processors or sub-processors located outside the Philippines — for example, game software providers or cloud infrastructure partners — such transfers are made only where:
- The recipient country or organisation offers an adequate level of data protection as determined by the National Privacy Commission; or
- Appropriate safeguards are in place through binding contractual arrangements (data processing agreements) that require the recipient to process personal data in compliance with the DPA's standards; or
- The transfer is necessary for the performance of your contract with x777a (e.g., game delivery by an overseas provider).
12Policy Amendments
12.1 x777a reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, Philippine privacy law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
12.2 Material amendments — those affecting your rights or the ways in which your personal data is used — will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number on file with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Policy takes effect.
12.3 The effective date of the current Policy version appears in the page header. Continued use of the x777a Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the amended Policy.
